Service Description
Capture your childs’s hands and feet in perfect detail, preserved in stone as a keepsake to treasure for a lifetime. Choose a pair (two casts) or a set (four casts), framed or freestanding. Bookings are held by Jen in our Forest Lake studio and take around 30–40 minutes. The casting process is quick and gentle, using medical grade moulding materials that are skin safe, biodegradable, and warmed to body temperature. Each mould takes just 30–60 seconds on the hand or foot, making it comfortable for babies and children of all ages. At your appointment, you can browse our full range of frames, finishes, and layouts, and make your design choices then. Please see our full price list under the 'Casts' tab for options and pricing. To book, select your preferred date and time. I will respond within a few days to confirm your appointment, followed by a confirmation email, full booking details, and a reminder before your session. Cancellation Policy
Your booking will be confirmed by email within 3 working days. Hamilton Studio Appointments: Bookings can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before your appointment. No-shows will incur a $50 fee. Pop-up Studio Bookings (Nationwide) A $100 booking fee applies to all Pop-up Studio appointments outside of Hamilton. This is payable to secure your timeslot, and you will be emailed an invoice upon confirmation of your chosen time. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Pop-up bookings are very limited, so changes can only be made within the set Pop-up dates. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 7 days prior. No-shows or last minute cancelations will forfeit the $100 deposit. Turnaround is usually 8–12 weeks. A priority option (4-6 weeks) is available for an additional fee. Once notified your piece is ready, please collect within 2 weeks. Storage fees may apply if no arrangements are made past this time. Each keepsake is handmade, so minor imperfections are part of the process, and add to the authenticity and uniqueness of each piece. Where major flaws exist, I will happily correct or repair as I see reasonably fit. Repairs can be arranged if damage occurs. Where client is at fault for damage, a nominal charge will be applied.
