Service Description
Book with me, in my Hamilton based studio, to create your custom Figure sculpture. Following your booking approval, I'll be in touch with everything you need to know and what to expect on the day. At the appointment, you’ll get hands-on with our sample Figures, where you can feel the weight and texture, and use them to inspire your pose. After your scan, you'll be able to immediately see how it looks on the screen. We can rescan as many times as you like until you're happy with the pose. Together we’ll talk through any tweaks or enhancements you'd like made, and settle on the version that feels most like you. We'll then chat about all the finish options, show you physical samples, and help you imagine how your piece will look at home. You are very welcome to bring a friend or partner along, and you're also welcome to take photos or videos of the process and use as you wish. Cancellation Policy
Hamilton Studio Appointments: You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge. But please be mindful that as a small business I organise my life around appointments, so I ask that you let me know as soon as possible of any changes, or if you're likely to be running late. No-shows, with no prior communication will incur a $50 fee if they wish to rebook. Pop-up Studio Bookings (Nationwide) Pop-up bookings are very limited, so changes can only be made within the set Pop-up dates. Cancellations or reschedules can be made at any time. Please let me know as soon as you're aware of any changes so I can reorder my working day. Turnaround of your finished sculpture is usually 8–12 weeks. A priority option (4-6 weeks) is available for an additional fee. Once notified your piece is ready, I will send you photos for approval, before arranging for your piece to be collected or couriered. Each keepsake is handmade, so minor imperfections are part of the process, and add to the authenticity and uniqueness of each piece. Where major flaws exist, I will happily correct or repair as I see reasonably fit. Repairs can be arranged if damage occurs. Where client is at fault for damage, a nominal charge will be applied.
