Cancellation Policy
Booking Summary $100 deposit required at booking, deducted from your final invoice. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date, service, or person if you contact me before your appointment. No-shows without notice will forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit to rebook. A 20 minute grace period applies for late arrivals. After this, your appointment may be treated as a no-show. Standard turnaround time is 12 weeks. Priority service available for a fee. Once notified your keepsake is ready, please collect within 2 weeks or arrange storage. Storage fees apply after 4 weeks. Repairs are available. Fees apply unless the fault is mine. Each piece is handmade and may have minor imperfections which are part of the process. Multiple moulds may be taken during your session to ensure the best result. Extra moulds are not extra casts for the client. For urgent contact on appointment day, please text 027 333 4069.
